  • Tickets and Seating

    1. Guests receive their tickets from the student who invites them.
    2. Registration closes at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
    3. There is no charge to enter.
    4. A ticket is required for every guest.
    5. Each student can only order up to 5 tickets.

Ticketing Details

Students may reserve up to 5 tickets for their guests to attend the ceremony. Each guest must have a ticket issued in their name for entry to the event. To ensure fair distribution, orders that exceed the maximum of five tickets per student will be canceled.

If students need additional tickets, please email your request to [email protected] by June 28. We’ll use a randomized process to allocate any extra tickets we may have in early July. We cannot guarantee if or how many tickets you may receive through the lottery process, as it will be based on our supply after July 5.

Please note that pharmacy students do not need to claim a ticket for themselves.

  • Will the event be livestreamed?

  • Is registration or a password required to view the livestream?

    • The ceremony is public and available to anyone with the event link. Viewers may watch the premiere on a computer or cell phone.

  • How long does the ceremony last?

    • About 1.5 hours.

  • Can I bring signs or balloons to celebrate my graduate?

    • Balloons are not permitted in the theater. Signs are allowed, but please ensure they do not obstruct the view of other guests during the ceremony.

  • Will the event be photographed?

    • Yes, the UCSF School of Pharmacy will be photographing this event. Photos may be used in UCSF marketing and communications.
