File a registration fee deposit

  1. Download and complete the registration_fee_deposit_form_-_pharmd.pdf.
  2. Mail the form, along with a registration fee deposit of $100 (check or money order only, made payable to UC Regents), to the address indicated on the form.

Registration fee deposit deadline

Postmarked no later than one week from the date you accept our offer of admission.

If you pay by check, your canceled check will serve as your receipt.
